Explanation of responses
- F1Performance-based restricted share unit awards acquired on February 9, 2018 based on the attainment of certain performance goals by the issuer. The original Form 4 filed on behalf of the reporting person on February 13, 2018, incorrectly reported the award total as 50,436 instead of 50,796. This amendment is being filed to increase the award total by 360 shares which is also reflected in the total securities beneficially owned following the transaction. These additional shares were also omitted from the total holdings reported in the Form 4 filed on February 16, 2018. The original Form 4 was timely filed and correct in all other respects.
