Explanation of responses
- F1On January 24, 2019, the reporting person filed a Form 4 reporting withholding of 4,448 shares to satisfy tax obligations upon the vesting of a restricted stock award. The Form 4 did not include the acquisition transaction upon the vesting of a performance-based restricted stock award in the amount of 14,535 shares and that the withholding of the 4,448 shares related to the vesting of a performance-based restricted stock award. This amendment corrects these omissions and the total number of shares of common stock owned directly by the reporting person reported in the original Form 4.
