Remarks
This amended report is being filed to correct the number of shares directly held by the Reporting Person following the reported transaction. The original report noted that the Reporting Person had received a non-reportable in-service distribution of shares from the Issuer ESOP. The 7,043 distributed shares were subtracted from the Reporting Person's indirect holdings but were not correspondingly added to his direct holdings. The 7,043 shares were also omitted from the Reporting Person's direct holdings shown on subsequent reports filed after the original report, and will be reflected on his reports filed after this amended report.
