- F1Award of Class A Common Stock pursuant to the 2016 Ecology and Environment, Inc. Stock Award Plan
- F2On October 11, 2018 the Issuer entered into an agreement with Marshall A. Heinberg (the "Reporting Person") whereby the Reporting Person was granted a stock award of $80,000 of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock (pursuant to the 2016 Ecology and Environment, Inc. Stock Award Plan) to be granted over a period of one year on a monthly basis effective as of September 18, 2018. The Reporting Person's stock award is subject to a monthly prorated offset against a total of 2,510 shares yet to accrue between September 18, 2018 and April 18, 2019.
