William B. Neaves, Ph.D. retired as a member of Cerner Corporation's Board of Directors on May 18, 2018 at the expiration of his term. At the time of his retirement, Dr. Neaves had previously reported all of his reportable transactions in and holdings of Cerner common stock. As a result, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in Cerner common stock and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
