- F1Represents Company common shares held by a rabbi trust pursuant to the Reporting Person's election to defer 2015 directors' fees under the Company's Directors Deferred Compensation Plan (the "Plan"). Deferred amounts under the Plan shall be paid to the Reporting Person in a single distribution of Company Common shares.
