- F1On August 31, 2017, the reporting person contributed 27,370 shares of common stock of America's Car-Mart, Inc. to a charitable remainder trust of which the reporting person and his wife are co-trustees and beneficiaries. The reporting person is reporting beneficial ownership of all of the common stock of America's Car-Mart, Inc. held by the trust but disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his and his wife's pecuniary interest therein.
