Explanation of responses
- F1The reporting person's Form 4 filed on January 27, 2015, reported dispositions by multiple gifts on January 14, 2015, as co-trustee of the Frank B. Holding Revocable Trust, of an aggregate of 2,511 shares of the Issuer's Class A common stock. It has come to the attention of the reporting person that one of those gifts for 125 shares inadvertently was not completed. The number of shares listed in this report as being disposed of by gift on January 14, 2015, and the number of shares listed as being held by the revocable trust following those gifts, have been decreased and increased, respectively, by 125 shares to eliminate the gift that was not completed. The Form 4 also reported a disposition by gift on 01/22/2015 which was completed as reported.
