Explanation of responses
- F1Due to a clerical error, the original Form 4 filing reflected that Ms. Calaway held 1169 shares of common stock in Column 5, which did not include the additional 1112 shares of common stock received upon vesting of restricted stock on 2/4/15, as was reflected in Footnote (1) of the original Form 4 filed on 2/6/15. This Form 4/A corrects the clerical error and includes the 1112 shares of common stock that were beneficially owned by Ms. Calaway on the date of filing of the original Form 4.
- F2On 2/4/2015, 1112 shares of restricted stock vested. 449 shares were withheld to pay the tax withholding associated with the vesting. Additionally, on 2/4/2015, 1169 restricted stock units vested. 409 shares were withheld to pay the tax withholding associated with the vesting. Accordingly, the remaining 1423 shares are now reflected as common stock. Due to a clerical error, the original Form 4 filing reflected that Ms. Calaway held 311 shares of common stock in Column 5.
