- F1Represents the aggregate number of shares of Issuer common stock acquired upon vesting pursuant to an Employment Agreement and Release by and between the Issuer and the Reporting Person which provided, in part, for the acceleration of exercisability and vesting of all of the Reporting Person's outstanding equity awards, including awards of 192,000 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") and 300,000 Performance Restricted Stock Units ("PSUs"), effective June 13, 2016.
