- F1These shares of common stock (the "Shares") of Sigma Designs, Inc. (the "Issuer") were purchased for the account of Quantum Partners LP, a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership ("Quantum Partners").
- F2The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These Shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $5.575 to $5.65, inclusive. The reporting persons undertake to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of Shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnotes (2) and (3) to this Form 4.
- F3The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These Shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $5.60 to $5.65, inclusive.
- F4Soros Fund Management LLC ("SFM LLC") serves as principal investment manager to Quantum Partners. As such, SFM LLC has been granted investment discretion over portfolio investments, including the Shares held for the account of Quantum Partners. George Soros serves as Chairman of SFM LLC and Robert Soros serves as President and Deputy Chairman of SFM LLC.
