Explanation of responses
- F1Issued in connection with employment. Vests one third on issuance and in thirds over next two years.
- F2On December 6, 2016, the reporting person transferred 157,664 shares of RDNT common stock to his former spouse pursuant to a domestic relations order. The reporting person no longer reports as beneficially owned any securities owned by his former spouse. These shares were inadvertently reported as beneficially owned in the Form 4 filed by the reporting person on January 25, 2017 and this amendment is being filed to reflect that these shares are no longer beneficially owned by the reporting person.
