Explanation of responses
- F1Represents performance stock units granted on February 26, 2014 and earned at approximately 50% of target based on 2014 adjusted EBITDA. Fifty percent (50%) or 10,417 shares vested and were issued on February 26, 2015. The remaining 10,417 shares earned in connection with the February 2014 grant will vest and be issued as follows: 50% on 02/26/2016, and 50% on 02/26/2017, assuming continued employment on the relevant vesting date.
