Explanation of responses
- F1The amount shown in column 4 represents a grant of restricted units pursuant to Rule 16.b.3. This Amendment reflects an adjustment to the number of restricted units previously awarded. As a result of an oversight, the issuer's compensation committee's initial award did not address certain aspects of the reporting person's performance. Upon further review the compensation committee increased the number of units subject to the award to reflect the reporting person's actual performance.
