Explanation of responses
- F1In accordance with the provisions of the reporting person's Grantor Retained Annuity Trust (GRAT): 33,809 shares were transferred from the GRAT to the reporting person's direct ownership on September 17, 2015; 150,000 shares were transferred from reporting person's direct ownership to the GRAT on December 2, 2015 and 330,000 shares were transferred from reporting person's direct ownership to the GRAT on March 18, 2016.
