- F1As disclosed in his Schedule 13D/A filed with the SEC on March 3, 2026, Mr. Tutor indicated that he intends to sell some or all of his shares over the next 18 months as part of his overall estate and tax planning as he approaches retirement. Mr. Tutor noted that such sales are solely for personal reasons and he has a high degree of confidence in our business and future based on our leadership, backlog, bidding opportunities, cash position, as well as our outlook for revenue and earnings growth in 2026 and beyond, and expected future operating cash generation.
