- F2Includes (i) 8,437.943 Units which were granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2005 Stock Compensation Plan and (ii) 8,434.288 Units which were granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2012 Stock Compensation Plan. Payment of a portion of the Units has been deferred by the Reporting Person in lieu of Reporting Person's quarterly retainer for Board services and is payable upon the Reporting Person's termination of service as a Director. Each unit represents a contingent right to receive an equal number of shares of the Issuer's common stock. These units were each previously reported in Table II by the Reporting Person.
