- F1On July 17, 2026, 9,875 shares of the Issuer's common stock were transferred to the reporting person from a grantor retained annuity trust of which the reporting person is trustee (the "2025-3 GRAT").
- F2On July 20, 2026, 11,785 shares of the Issuer's common stock were transferred to the reporting person from the 2025-3 GRAT.
- F3On July 22, 2026, the reporting person transferred 21,660 shares of the Issuer's common stock to a grantor retained annuity trust (the "2026-2 GRAT") of which the reporting person is trustee.
