Explanation of Responses: This report discloses securities of ELST acquired in public market transactions and beneficially owned by the reporting person as of the date on which the reporting person became subject to the reporting obligation on Form 3 under Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, with respect to the appointment of the reporting person as a director of the issuer on June 5, 2015. Such Form 3 should have been filed within the applicable Form 3 reporting period following such June 5, 2015 appointment of the reporting person as director of the issuer. A Form 5 should have been filed on or before February 15, 2016 in respect of such late Form 3 report. This Form 5 is hereby filed in respect of the late filings of both the initial Form 3 and the Form 5 that were not filed in a timely manner. The reporting person ceased to be a director of the issuer on June 1, 2018.
