Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares subject to a restricted stock unit award granted under the NTN Buzztime, Inc. Amended 2010 Performance Incentive Plan. The award will vest as to 16.67% of the shares subject to the award on the 6-month anniversary of the grant date and the remaining 83.33% of the shares will vest in 30 substantially equal monthly installments beginning on the 7-month anniversary of the grant date, in each case, subject to the reporting person's continued service to the issuer as of the applicable vesting date.
