Explanation of responses
- F1On August 10, 2016, previously granted shares of restricted stock vested. The reporting person's tax withholding obligations incident upon such vesting were mistakenly satisfied by having 3,879 shares withheld by Spartan Motors, Inc. This transaction was reported in a Form 4 on August 11, 2016. The reporting person intended to satisfy these obligations in cash, however. As a result, Spartan Motors, Inc. re-issued 3,879 shares to the reporting person on August 18, 2016.
