- F1These performance-based restricted stock units ("PSUs"), originally granted to the reporting person on July 1, 2015, were contingent upon (a) certain performance criteria pertaining to the period ending June 30, 2017, having been attained and certified by the Compensation Committee of the registrant's Board of Directors, and (b) the reporting person's continued employment with the registrant. On August 8, 2017, the Compensation Committee determined that only 8.63% of the PSUs had been attained. This amendment reflects that adjustment.
