Explanation of responses
- F1The 201,464 performance based restricted stock units granted to the reporting person on May 27, 2014 were contingent upon (a) certain performance criteria pertaining to the registrant's performance period ending March 31, 2017 having been satisfied and approved by the Compensation Committee of the registrant's Board of Directors, and (b) the reporting person's continued employment with the registrant. The Compensation Committee has determined that these criteria were not met for the performance period ending March 31, 2017, and therefore none of the performance based restricted stock units granted on May 27, 2014 remain in effect.
