- F1The 37,854 performance stock units granted to the reporting person on May 21, 2012 were contingent upon (a) certain performance criteria pertaining to the registrant's performance period ending March 31, 2015 having been satisfied and approved by the Compensation Committee of the registrant's Board of Directors, and (b) the reporting person's continued employment with the registrant. The Compensation Committee has determined that the criteria were not met for the performance period ending March 31, 2015, and therefore none of the performance stock units granted on May 21, 2012 remain in effect.
