- F1On August 26, 2026, the reporting person acquired 31,250 shares of the Issuer's common stock at a purchase price of $1.60 per share in private placement by the Issuer pursuant to the terms of a Securities Purchase Agreement dated August 20, 2026, by and among certain institutional and individual investors identified on the signature pages thereto, which included among others B. Riley Principal Capital, LLC and certain members of the Company's Board of Directors and executive officers.
