- F1The reporting person is trustee of the SAM Irrevocable Trust under Agreement DTD 10-08-98, Rick Adams, Jr. TTEE, of which his sister is a beneficiary. On July 22, 2016, the reporting person caused the trust to distribute 8,174 shares of UBSI common stock to the beneficiary of the trust. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by the trust.
