- F1The reporting person inadvertently failed to previously report these shares purchased as reinvestment of cash dividends paid to the reporting person.
- F2These shares were not reflected in the amount of securities beneficial owned by the reporting person as reported in three earlier Form 4 reports filed on July 17, 2017, July 20, 2017 and July 31, 2017, respectively.
- F3The purchase on May 19, 2017 resulted in an incremental short-swing profit to the reporting person of $356.27 as a result of the reporting person's sale of shares on December 2, 2016. The reporting person has delivered a check in payment of this amount to the issuer.
