Explanation of responses
- F1Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") is the economic equivalent of one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock.
- F2Of the RSUs granted to the Reporting Person on February 11, 2014 and March 5, 2014, 1,016 and 169, respectively, vested on February 11, 2015.
