- F1On February 13, 2019, 1,737 restricted shares of Mr. Lilly's Company stock, granted February 13, 2018, vested. On February 13, 2019, Mr. Lilly automatically surrendered 516 of the 1,737 newly-vested shares to the Company to satisfy the tax withholding obligation triggered upon the February 13th vesting. The automatic surrender of newly-vested shares is the Company's default process for paying tax withholding obligations triggered upon the vesting of restricted stock.
