Explanation of responses
- F1On January 14, 2016, 2,500 restricted shares of Mr. Hawkins' newly-granted Company stock vested. On January 15, 2016, Mr. Hawkins automatically surrendered 929 of the 2,500 newly-vested shares to the Company to satisfy the tax withholding obligation triggered upon the January 14th vesting. The automatic surrender of newly-vested shares is the Company's default process for paying tax withholding obligations triggered upon the vesting of restricted stock.
