- F1The Compensation Committee of the Issuers Board of Directors allows the withholding of shares (Tax Withholding Transactions) to satisfy the Reporting Persons income tax obligation from a vesting of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Performance Stock Units (PSUs) and Dividend Equivalents (DEs).
