- F1On 1/1/2015, 3,856 restricted stock units vested pursuant to their terms. On 2/19/2015, 2,104 shares of Class A Common Stock were issued to Mr. Broadhurst. The balance (1,752 shares) were withheld to satisfy certain tax withholding obligations related to the vesting of the restricted stock units.
