- F1Reflects the settlement of earned performance stock units ("PSUs") for the PSU (2012-2014) cycle into an equal number of shares of common stock on the transaction date indicated.
- F2Represents number of ACCO Brands Corporation common stock held in reporting owner's 401(k) retirement savings plan account as of January 31, 2015.
- F3Reflects PSUs granted under the Issuer's Amended and Restated 2011 Incentive Plan that were earned by the reporting person during one-year performance period. Subject to the reporting person's continued employment, earned PSUs become eligible for settlement into shares of common stock upon the completion of the final performance period in the three-year cycle.
- F4Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) granted under the Issuer's Amended and Restated 2011 Incentive Plan.
