Explanation of responses
- F1Under his employment agreement with the Company, Dr. Rafaeli is entitled to a quarterly commission upon the sale of certain products. The Board of Directors elected to make the payment for the Third Quarter of 2014 in shares of the Company's stock, rather than in cash. The number of shares was determined by the closing price of the Company's stock three days after the filing of the Company's Form 10Q for the Third Quarter of 2014.
