- F180,500 shares are held in a limited liability company in which Mr. Herbert and his spouse have a minority ownership interest. 17,500 shares are held in two other limited liability companies in which he and his wife are members. He disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest in the companies. The remainder of the shares are held in trust for Mr. Herbert's spouse.
