- F1The reported transaction resulted from the extension of the expiration date of the Convertible Promissory Note (the "Note") from October 19, 2014 to October 19, 2017. Such extension resulted in the deemed cancellation of the originally issued old Note and the issuance of a replacement Note. The Note was originally granted on October 19, 2012.
