Explanation of responses
- F1Shares issued pursuant to a consulting agreement between the Company and Mr. Narishkin in his capacity as interim COO pursuant to which a portion of Mr. Narishkin's compensation is paid in shares of the Company's common stock. In accordance with the consulting arrangement, the number of shares issued was calculated based on the closing share prices of the Company's common stock on the dates as follows: 10/31/15 at $0.41, 11/30/15 at $0.41, 12/31/15 at $0.55, 1/29/16 at $0.47, 2/9/16 at $0.45.
