Remarks
Patricia R. Begley was previously designated as a reporting person of the Registrant for purposes of complying with Section 16(a) of the Exchange Act from October 5, 2011 through December 31, 2014, at which time she ceased being a reporting person due to a change in job responsibilities. Effective November 19, 2017, Ms. Begley was appointed Chief of Staff of the Registrant and resumed being a reporting person of the Registrant, and the transaction reported herein is her first transaction since such date.
