Glenview Capital Management, LLC serves as investment manager to each of Glenview Capital Partners, L.P., Glenview Capital Master Fund, Ltd. and Glenview Institutional Partners, L.P. Mr. Robbins is the Chief Executive Officer of Glenview Capital Management, LLC.
