Explanation of responses
- F1Stock units pursuant to dividend equivalent rights under the director cash retainer deferral program under the Issuer's Long-Term Incentive Plan. The number of stock units was based on the conversion of cash dividend equivalents accumulated since the last annual meeting of stockholders on deferrals. The number of stock units granted pursuant to dividend equivalent rights under the director cash retainer deferral program under the Issuer's Long-Term Incentive Plan was inadvertently overstated on the Form 4 filed on May 5, 2017 by also including the stock units granted pursuant to the deferral of director cash compensation reported on the preceding line on such Form 4.
