Explanation of responses
- F1Pursuant to a supplementary agreement, dated April 10, 2018, between the Issuer and Armacor Victory Ventures, LLC ("AVV"), the parties agreed to cancel 800,000 shares of the Issuer's Series B Convertible Preferred Stock issued to AVV and exchange them for 20,000,000 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock.
