- F1Pursuant to the 2016 Grantor Retained Annuity Trust (GRAT), of which reporting person is trustee, the remainder interest of the GRAT was distributed as a gift to the irrevocable trust for the benefit of the reporting person's children, of which the reporting person is the trustee. See footnote 2 below.
- F2These shares include 18,090 shares referenced in footnote 1 above and are held in an irrevocable trust for the benefit of the reporting person's children. The reporting person is trustee of this trust.
- F3Includes shares acquired through the reinvestment of dividends and dividend equivalent rights credited to the reporting person when and as dividends were paid on Motorola Solutions, Inc. common stock.
