- F1The Reporting Person no longer has a reportable beneficial interest in 162,100 shares of Issuer common stock owned by one of the Reporting Person's children, which was included in the Reporting Person's prior ownership reports, and his children received an additional 4,000 shares of Issuer common stock from Gloria E. Gebbia. The Reporting Person may be deemed to be the indirect beneficial owner of a total of 324,000 shares of Issuer common stock owned by certain family members. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares of Issuer common stock, except to the extent of the Reporting Person's pecuniary interest therein.
