- F1On March 6, 2015, the reporting person acquired an aggregate of 2,838,194 shares of the issuer's Common Stock from Michael S. Steiner and Robert M. Steiner at a purchase price of $2.15 per share pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement between the parties dated March 6, 2015. Prior to the closing of the transaction, the reporting person did not directly or indirectly own any shares of the issuer's Common Stock.
