- F2On February 25, 2019, Mr. Beshar exercised 270,619 options that were granted to him in 2010 and thereby increased his net ownership of MMC common stock by 78,225 from 216,957 to 295,182 shares. 124,739 shares were used to satisfy the exercise price and applicable taxes on 202,964 options in an exempt transaction.
