Explanation of responses
- F1Received in exchange for 35,384,615 shares of common stock of Tellurian Investments Inc. in connection with the merger (the "Merger") of Tellurian Investments Inc. with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tellurian Inc. (formerly known as Magellan Petroleum Corporation) (the "Issuer"), which was effective on February 10, 2017. In connection with the Merger, each outstanding share of common stock of Tellurian Investments Inc. was cancelled and converted into the right to receive 1.3 shares of the Issuer's common stock.
