Warehime ("PAW") is not the trustee of the Warehime GRAT 2016 #1 and does not have or share investment control over the Issuer's Common Stock held by the Warehime GRAT 2016 #1.

- F4Shares held by the Elizabeth A. Warehime Revocable Deed of Trust. Elizabeth A. Warehime is PAW's adult daughter who shares the household with PAW. Includes 514,491 shares of Issuer Common Stock that were transferred from Elizabeth A. Warehime on December 8, 2015; 486,599 shares of Issuer Common Stock that were transferred from the Elizabeth A.
