Explanation of responses
- F1Performance-based restricted stock acquired pursuant to a grant under the issuer's 2017 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") (7,822 shares), as well as a prorated 2016 PSP grant related to a promotional increase (4,879 shares). PSP shares are earned over a three-year performance period based on pre-established performance objectives. Any difference between shares granted and shares earned at the end of the performance period will be reported upon payout.
