- F1On September 21, 2015, the Reporting Person contributed 32,500 shares of the Issuer's common stock to a GRAT. On December 8, 2015, the Reporting Person substituted assets of equal value into the GRAT in exchange for the 32,500 shares of the Issuer's common stock, which shares are now owned directly by the Reporting Person again. Accordingly, no shares are owned indirectly by the Reporting Person through a GRAT following these transactions.
