- F1On August 24, 2015, the Reporting Person substituted assets of equal value into the GRAT in exchange for 5,781 shares of the Issuer's common stock, which shares are now owned directly by the Reporting Person. Also reflects the distribution of 16,219 shares from the Reporting Person's GRAT to the Reporting Person in satisfaction of an annuity payment since the Reporting Person's last Form 4.
